Refund and Exchange Policy

At Custom Rubber Stamps, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. Because each of our stamps is custom-made to your specifications, our policy for refunds and exchanges is designed to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Our Promise to You

If your custom stamp arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error that differs from the proof you approved, or if it is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.

Returns & Exchanges

Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom stamps unless there is an error in manufacturing or a defect.

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

The product was damaged during transit.

The stamp impression has a defect (e.g., a missing letter, smudged text, or incomplete design).

The size or design of the stamp does not match the final proof you approved.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange if:

There is a spelling, grammatical, or design error that was present in the final proof you approved. Please double-check your proofs carefully before giving your final approval.

The ink color or stamp type was chosen incorrectly by you.

The product was damaged due to improper use or care.

How to Request a Replacement

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement, please follow these steps within 7 business days of receiving your order:

Include Photos: Attach clear photos of the defect, damage, or error. This helps us quickly assess the problem and process your replacement.

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at  info@customrubberstamsp.us with your order number in the subject line.

Provide Details: In your email, please explain the issue with your stamp.

Once we review your request, a team member will contact you with instructions for your replacement order. We may ask you to return the defective product to us at our expense.

Cancellations
Because we begin the manufacturing process as soon as we receive your final proof approval, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been approved.
